Return Process

• Pack the items securely, include the RAN on the outside of the package, and ship the package to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Full refunds are provided for items that meet the eligibility criteria.
